Notice Regarding Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes

Overview of Organizational Restructuring

Effective March 21, 2026, the Sales Headquarters will be split into Domestic Sales Headquarters and Overseas Sales Headquarters, reorganizing from the previous three-headquarters system to a four-headquarters system. The Domestic Sales Headquarters will include the Construction Machinery Sales Department, Industrial Machinery Sales Department, Sales Promotion Department, and Parts & Services Department, integrating and reorganizing the East Japan Sales Department, West Japan Sales Department, and Direct Demand Department. The Overseas Sales Headquarters will have the Overseas Sales Department. The Production Headquarters will make the Manufacturing Technology Department independent, rename the Manufacturing Department as First Manufacturing Department, and newly establish the Second Manufacturing Department. The Administrative Headquarters will also make the Information Systems Department independent.

Changes in Directors, Executive Officers, and Department Managers

Effective March 21, 2026, changes in directors’ responsibilities, changes in executive officers’ positions, and appointments to newly established departments will be implemented. Several changes in department managers will also occur on March 21 and April 1. The President of the subsidiary EN System Co., Ltd. will assume the position of Manufacturing Technology Department Manager of the Production Headquarters, strengthening the organizational structure accompanying the absorption merger of the subsidiary.
