Overview of the Executive Structure

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. has determined its executive structure effective from April 1, 2026. Hisayuki Dekiba continues as President & Chief Executive Officer, overseeing Internal Audit, Corporate Planning Headquarters, the HR Technology Business, and serving as CEO of RGF OHR USA, Inc. Executive officers include Junichi Arai (Chief Financial Officer) and Ayano Senanami (Chief Operating Officer), responsible respectively for the Financial Management Headquarters, Corporate Communication Headquarters, and Risk Management Headquarters.

Executive Structure of Major Subsidiaries

The executive roles and responsibilities of presidents and top management in key subsidiaries such as the HR Technology Business (RGF OHR USA, Inc.) and the Staffing Business (RGF Staffing B.V.) are also specified. Hisayuki Dekiba concurrently serves as CEO of RGF OHR USA, Inc., with multiple SBU Executive Officers in charge of IT, Security, Human Resources, Sustainability, and Corporate Planning. In the Staffing Business, Rob Zandbergen serves as CEO, with responsibilities distributed across Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Business Development, Product, and Sustainability.

Executive Structure of the Marketing, Matching and Technology Business

A list of executive officers and their responsibilities in Recruit Co., Ltd.'s Marketing, Matching and Technology Business is also provided. Keiichi Ushida serves as President, overseeing Business Development and Lifestyle Promotion SaaS. Other Executive Officers and Senior Executive Officers are responsible for divisions such as Division Headquarters, Staff Headquarters, Product Development, ICT, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Strategy, Human Resources & Sustainability, Marketing, and Finance.
