Notice Regarding Revision of Consolidated Earnings Forecast and Dividend Forecast (Increase)

Summary of Revision to Earnings Forecast

The full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027 has been revised upward. Net sales are expected to be 158,000 million yen, operating income 21,000 million yen, ordinary income 22,000 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of the parent is expected to be 17,000 million yen. Compared with the previous forecast, net sales have increased by 9,500 million yen, and each profit item has increased by 4,000–5,000 million yen. The foreign exchange assumptions have been changed to USD 159 yen and EUR 184 yen.

Dividend of Surplus and Revision to Year-end Dividend Forecast

The interim dividend has been increased and resolved at 115 yen per share (total dividend amount 3,635 million yen, record date August 31, 2026, effective date November 10, 2026). The year-end dividend forecast has also been revised to 95 yen per share (annual dividend of 210 yen per share). Based on the medium-term management plan assumption of a total shareholder return ratio of 40%, emphasis is placed on stability in profit distribution.
