Overview of the offering

This is a notice regarding the offering of Lintec Corporation’s ordinary shares, announcing an offering price of 5,335 yen per share, total amount of 66,349,261,000 yen, underwriting price of 5,115 yen per share, total amount of 63,613,209,000 yen. The application period is September 2–3, 2026, and the delivery date is September 8. The sale will include the Underwriting and Over-allotment options.
