Notice regarding the relocation of head office

This release is to notify that Zenbo Ren Co., Ltd. has approved at the Board of Directors meeting the relocation of its head office to Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. The relocation destination is Naha Port Building, the current location is Ryukei Shimbun Ameku Building, and the relocation date is December 21, 2026. As a reason for relocation, following the join of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group umbrella and the announcement of a new long-term management plan, the company aims to establish an office environment leveraging IT and AI and enabling flexible work styles to energize external and internal communications and to attract talent. The company does not plan to build its own head office, and will continue to use leased premises.

Direct impact on performance is related to relocation costs; however, the company states that the impact is already reflected in the FY2027 earnings guidance and long-term management plan. The relocation is intended to establish a long-term growth framework and strengthen talent strategy, which investors should view as part of the growth strategy.
