Consolidated net sales for the third quarter of FY2026 were 1,727.2 billion yen (down 10.1% YoY), operating income was 183.165 billion yen (down 8.7% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was 115.720 billion yen (down 9.5% YoY).

In the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, net sales were 1.7272 trillion yen (YoY △193.2 billion yen), ordinary income was 163.6 billion yen (YoY △19.8 billion yen), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 115.7 billion yen (YoY △12.1 billion yen).

Tohoku Electric Power has decided on personnel changes for directors and executive officers with titles effective April 1, 2026, and at the June regular shareholders meeting. The purpose is to strengthen the structure to achieve the medium- to long-term vision.
