For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales were JPY 460.206 billion (up 20.9% YoY), operating income was JPY 28.386 billion (up 135.6% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 28.323 billion (up 101.5% YoY), reflecting a significant improvement in performance.

The consolidated operating income for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward by 5.0% from the previous forecast to 31.5 billion yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent has been revised up by 2.1% to 29.0 billion yen. The dividend has been increased to an annual 45 yen.

Toda Corporation plans to acquire up to 7,000,000 shares (2.30% of the total issued shares) of treasury stock through market purchases from February 16, 2026 to March 31, 2026, with a total purchase amount not exceeding 7 billion yen, and all acquired shares will be cancelled.
