As of April 1, 2026, Yoshizumi Nezu will assume the position of Chairman and Yoshimi Yokota will become Representative Executive Vice President. Yutaka Tsuzuki will continue as President.

Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. will absorb three wholly owned subsidiaries as of April 1, 2026, aiming to establish an efficient and sustainable railway operation system.
