Tamron Co., Ltd. plans to change the responsibilities of its directors effective March 27, 2026, announcing a change in responsibilities of President Shogo Sakuraba and the appointment of Akira Okabe as a new director.

For the fiscal year ending December 2025, consolidated net sales were ¥85,071 million (3.8% decrease YoY), operating income was ¥16,638 million (13.4% decrease YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was ¥11,761 million (19.0% decrease YoY).

At the 79th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 27, 2026, the resignation and election of directors will be approved. The new appointments include four independent outside director candidates, including Akira Okabe.
