An organizational change will take effect on April 1, 2026, including renaming the New Business Headquarters to the Business Development Headquarters and consolidating functions in the Production Headquarters, alongside decisions on personnel transfers for directors, executive officers, department heads, and affiliated companies.

From December 1 to December 31, 2025, 275,800 shares of treasury stock were acquired at a total acquisition cost of 493,620,750 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 1,991,700 shares with a total acquisition cost of 3,603,032,800 yen.
