Nintendo Co., Ltd. resolved on February 27, 2026, to offer 32,697,900 common shares and plans share buyback and cancellation of up to 14,000,000 shares with a total amount ceiling of 100 billion yen.

DaikyoNishikawa Corporation, by resolution of the Board of Directors on January 7, 2026, determined the offering price of common shares at 824 yen per share, totaling approximately 9.579 billion yen. The subscription period is from January 20 to 21, 2026, with the settlement date on January 26.

Toho Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on January 13, 2026, to conduct a share offering of 1,413,400 shares of common stock. The offering price will be determined based on the closing prices on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from January 21 to 23, 2026.

Nichirei Corporation resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on January 8, 2026, to offer 16,726,400 shares of its common stock, aiming to restructure the shareholder base and reduce capital costs.

Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd. has resolved the share offering of 9,976,900 shares held by Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. and announced the implementation of treasury stock acquisition capped at 3 million shares and 3.5 billion yen (as of 2026-01-08).
