The Company has completed the consolidation of Taiyo Fertilizer Co., Ltd. by acquiring additional shares. The number of shares acquired is 4,000,000, increasing the total shares owned to 6,000,000. Personnel changes were also implemented effective April 3, 2026.

Furukawa Co., Ltd. acquired 15,480 shares, equivalent to 60% of the issued shares of Earth Technica Co., Ltd., for 7,020 million yen, completing the consolidation as a subsidiary. The remaining 40% is scheduled to be acquired on April 1, 2027.

PKSHA Technology Inc. plans to acquire 840,000 common shares of Tsukuruba Co., Ltd., representing 7.16% of the total outstanding shares, on March 16, 2026.

Midac Holdings Co., Ltd. will issue 313 share acquisition rights (equivalent to 31,300 shares) free of charge to employees on March 30, 2026, with an exercise period from March 14, 2028 to March 13, 2036.

Kaga Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 1,163,100 common shares of Sanwa Technos Corporation (7.25% of the issued shares) on March 11, 2026.

Tsumura & Co. has signed a share acquisition agreement with Yomeishu Seizo Co., Ltd., acquiring the core business of Yomeishu Seizo for approximately 6.8 billion yen. The acquisition will proceed in stages from April to August 2026.

On February 16, 2026, Resona Bank, Ltd., a subsidiary of Resona Holdings, Inc., decided to acquire 260,000 common shares of HPC Systems Co., Ltd. (representing 6.28% of voting rights).
