A fire occurred at the consolidated subsidiary's Tianjin factory on March 23, 2026. One surface treatment building was damaged by fire and production was suspended but restarted on March 25. Impact on production and shipments is minor.

Scheduled to receive 1.7 billion yuan (approximately 39.1 billion yen) in dividends from consolidated subsidiary SMC Investment Management Co., Ltd. on April 28, 2026.

Net sales for FY2026 Q3 amounted to 609,933 million yen (3.3% YoY increase), operating income was 137,564 million yen (3.7% YoY decrease), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 121,625 million yen (1.0% YoY increase).
