SBI Regional Bank Holdings will distribute 490,000,000 shares (55.24%) to SBI Holdings as a dividend in kind, with the top shareholder scheduled to change to SBI Holdings on March 26, 2026.

A shareholder benefit program will be implemented for shareholders as of the end of March 2026, offering a choice of either cryptocurrency XRP or a voucher for health supplements. Eligible shareholders must hold 100 shares or more.

For the third quarter of FY2026, consolidated ordinary income was 566,319 million yen (23.4% YoY increase), ordinary profit was 93,485 million yen (46.5% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 90,917 million yen (21.7% YoY increase).
