LaSalle Logiport REIT plans to transfer trust beneficial interests of Aisai Logistics Center and Kariya Logistics Center at a total scheduled transfer price of 11.41 billion yen, expecting a gain on sale of 1.246 billion yen. The scheduled transfer date is March 6, 2026.

The transfer of Park Axis Takamiya Higashi real estate was completed at a transfer price of 790,000 thousand yen. The transferee is undisclosed due to lack of consent. The completion date of the transfer is 2026-02-20.

Japan Real Estate Investment Corporation plans to transfer the JRE Tenjin Crystal Building in Fukuoka City (transfer price: 6,630 million yen) in two stages, anticipating a total transfer gain of 3,320 million yen.
