Orix Real Estate Investment Corporation completed an early repayment of total borrowings amounting to 12,000 million yen on July 13, 2026, and increased long-term borrowings by 12,000 million yen. The company will continue funding procurement and repayment plans in the future.

Increased the borrowing limit under the commitment line agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank from 6,000,000,000 yen to 10,000,000,000 yen and extended the contract term from July 30, 2027 to March 21, 2029.
