Metaplanet Inc. completed the early redemption of the 19th unsecured bonds amounting to 30,000,000,000 yen on December 29, 2025.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 22, 2025, the reduction of capital stock and capital reserve, increase in the total number of authorized shares and series shares, amendments to the articles of incorporation regarding Type A and Type B series shares, and issuance of Type B series shares through third-party allotment were approved.
