SoftBank Group will make an additional investment of 30 billion USD (4.6743 trillion JPY) in OpenAI, bringing the total investment to 64.6 billion USD with an equity stake of approximately 13%.

TBS Holdings, Inc. will establish a joint venture with CJ ENM (51% equity stake) and U-NEXT HOLDINGS (9% equity stake), with capital of 1.25 billion JPY, planned for April 2026.

A joint venture will be established with CJ ENM and TBS Holdings in April 2026. Capital stock is 1.25 billion yen, with shareholding ratios of CJ ENM 51%, TBS HD 40%, and our company 9%.

Starting October 2025, 3PL services commenced for Punch Industry Co., Ltd., consolidating logistics hubs. This resulted in a monthly reduction of 110 hours in truck waiting times and a cutback equivalent to 216 10-ton trucks.
