The executive officer system, including President and CEO Kinya Seto, is tentatively decided as of April 1, 2026, with new director candidates Yayoi Tanaka, Yugo Kanazawa, and Mariko Fujita to be proposed. This will be presented at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated revenue was JPY 1,138,503 million (down 0.2% YoY), operating income was JPY 30,450 million (up 7.2% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 11,807 million (up 175.7% YoY).

In FY2026 Q3, operating income reached JPY 36.5 billion (an increase of JPY 5.4 billion YoY), EBITDA amounted to JPY 98.4 billion (an increase of JPY 4.7 billion YoY), and revenue was JPY 1,138.5 billion (a decrease of JPY 2.0 billion YoY).

LIXIL Corporation has decided on changes in representative executive officers and the appointment of new executive officers effective April 1, 2026. The representative executive officers will be composed of two individuals, Kinya Seto and Yugo Kanazawa.
