LITALICO Inc. has resolved to acquire treasury stock up to 500,000 shares (1.4% of the total issued shares) and up to a total amount of 500 million yen, from January 27, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, revenue was 28,204 million yen (up 19.1% YoY), operating income was 3,182 million yen (up 57.5% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 1,683 million yen (up 21.6% YoY).

Recorded revenue of 28.2 billion yen (YoY +19.1%), operating income of 3.18 billion yen (YoY +57.5%), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 1.68 billion yen (YoY +21.6%).
