From March 1 to March 24, 2026, LITALICO Inc. acquired 161,900 shares of treasury stock at a total purchase price of 211,199,300 yen, completing the acquisition based on the Board of Directors' resolution.

During the period from February 1 to February 28, 2026, 182,700 shares of treasury stock were acquired for a total amount of 236,352,400 yen, bringing the cumulative number of shares acquired to 226,000 shares and the total acquisition cost to 288,677,700 yen.

Announced the acquisition of 43,300 shares of treasury stock for 52,325,300 yen during the period from January 27 to January 31, 2026.

LITALICO Inc. has resolved to acquire treasury stock up to 500,000 shares (1.4% of the total issued shares) and up to a total amount of 500 million yen, from January 27, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, revenue was 28,204 million yen (up 19.1% YoY), operating income was 3,182 million yen (up 57.5% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 1,683 million yen (up 21.6% YoY).
