As of March 31, 2026, the number of voting rights held by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company decreased from 3,960,200 shares to 3,636,800 shares, resulting in a voting rights ratio decline from 10.40% to 9.55%. However, the company continues to hold the position of largest shareholder.

Revenue amounted to JPY 117.763 billion (3.5% decrease YoY), operating income was JPY 13.342 billion (27.5% increase YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was JPY 10.234 billion (26.4% increase YoY).

Effective April 1, 2026, President and Representative Director will be changed to Mr. Katsuyasu Nabu. Mr. Yutaka Kobayashi will assume the position of Chairman and Representative Director.
