Joshin Denki Co., Ltd. made DO Corporation's renovation business a subsidiary and changed its trade name to Joshin Reform Kinki Co., Ltd. Collaboration discussions with House Do Group have commenced.

For the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were JPY 325.032 billion (10.2% YoY increase), operating income was JPY 3.082 billion (107.2% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 2.810 billion (17.0% YoY increase).

Cumulative sales for the first three quarters of FY2025 reached JPY 325.03 billion, a 10.2% increase YoY; operating income was JPY 3.08 billion, up 107.2% YoY, marking a substantial profit increase.
