We report that the investigation on the Employment Adjustment Subsidy at our consolidated subsidiaries has been completed and the repayments have been finalized. We will continue to strengthen governance and aim to restore trust.

Transferred all 4,500 shares of Hapi-robo st Co., Ltd. for 1,035,000 yen. The scheduled transfer date is March 31, 2026, and the company is expected to be excluded from consolidation.

Resolution on the appointment of three new executive officers including Mr. Shinji Yoshino and changes in assignments of multiple executive officers effective February 1, 2026.

On February 26, 2026, 27,478 shares of treasury stock will be disposed of as restricted stock compensation to six directors at 1,292 yen per share, totaling 35,501,576 yen.
