A consolidated subsidiary of GENDA Corporation has acquired fixed assets of one karaoke facility store operated by Jokko Co., Ltd., and plans to newly open it as “Karaoke BanBan Ochanomizu Store” starting March 6, 2026.

From February 1 to February 28, 2026, treasury stock acquisition of 1,275,800 common shares was executed at a total acquisition price of 809,638,100 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired stands at 4,156,500 shares with an acquisition price of 2,843,534,300 yen.

GENDA Corporation has resolved to acquire 2,289,100 shares (100%) of Ottotree Entertainment, a karaoke facility operator in Malaysia, making it a consolidated subsidiary. The acquisition price is undisclosed, with the transaction expected to be executed during 2026.

GENDA Corporation has changed the trade name of its North American subsidiary and established GENDA Americas Holdings. The new trade name will be applied from March 1, 2026, and the subsidiary establishment is scheduled for April 1, 2026.

Sales for January 2026 amounted to 17,614 million yen, a 52.0% increase year-over-year, with cumulative sales reaching 170,435 million yen, up 54.9% year-over-year.

GENDA Corporation announced that it acquired 642,800 shares of common stock between January 1 and January 31, 2026, at a total acquisition cost of approximately 497,989,100 yen.

December 2025 sales amounted to 18,492 million yen, a 46.3% increase year-over-year, with cumulative sales reaching 152,826 million yen, up 52.5% year-over-year.

GENDA Corporation acquired 2,237,900 shares of common stock for 1,535,907,100 yen between December 15, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
