Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. signed a basic agreement on March 30, 2026, to acquire 40% of the outstanding shares of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Panasonic Finance Co., Ltd. and make it an equity-method affiliate.

Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. has appointed Mitsuhiro Kanazawa as Managing Executive Officer effective July 1, 2026, and Noriko Kondo is scheduled to become President of FGL Group Business Services Co., Ltd. effective April 1, 2026.

Effective April 1, 2026, multiple organizational restructurings including the establishment of the Energy Business Division were implemented, with the promotion of three Senior Executive Officers, appointment of seven new Executive Officers, and resignation of three officers announced.

Net sales for FY2026 Q3 were JPY 590.436 billion (22.6% YoY increase), operating income was JPY 21.14 billion (52.9% YoY decrease), and net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 13.311 billion (56.9% YoY decrease).

For Q3 of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net income was 96.5 billion yen (Year-over-Year -9.1%), operating income was 21.1 billion yen (Year-over-Year -52.9%), and contract execution amount was 1.5422 trillion yen (Year-over-Year +17.4%).
