Obayashi Corporation announced plans to introduce a stock grant ESOP trust worth approximately 5.634 billion yen for target managerial positions starting April 2026.

Nippon Paint Specialty Co., Ltd. will commence a 440 million yen scale stock-grant ESOP trust from March 5, 2026, aiming to enhance employee incentives and increase corporate value.

On March 10, 2026, 183,200 shares of common stock were disposed of to The Master Trust Bank of Japan at 2,385 yen per share, totaling 436,932,000 yen, introducing a share grant ESOP trust.

On March 9, 2026, 276,800 ordinary shares were disposed of by third-party allotment at 2,601 yen per share, totaling 719,956,800 yen, introducing an ESOP trust utilizing the employee stock ownership plan.
