Daiichikosho Co., Ltd. announced multiple changes in the positions of directors and executive officers effective April 1, 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were ¥122,415 million (7.0% increase YoY), operating income was ¥13,770 million (3.8% decrease YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was ¥9,644 million (28.6% decrease YoY).

On January 17, 2026, auditor Hiroshi Umedzu passed away and resigned. Substitute auditor Yuichiro Takase was appointed as auditor effective the same date.
