SOMPO Holdings and Sompo Japan Insurance report the progress status of their business improvement plan as of the end of February 2026. Approximately 80% of the total 183 initiatives continue to show effectiveness, focusing on corporate culture reform and strengthening management systems.

The recurrence prevention measures related to quality misconduct announced on March 29, 2023, will be completed by the end of March 2026. Governance foundations have been rebuilt through management reforms and strengthening of internal controls.
