In the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, ordinary income was 702.91 billion yen (up 20.6% YoY), ordinary profit was 16.958 billion yen (up 24.5% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was 12.18 billion yen (up 21.9% YoY).

Revised the year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 from ordinary dividend of 60 yen to 70 yen including a commemorative dividend of 10 yen, and increased the full-year dividend forecast from 120 yen to 130 yen.

Awa Bank, Ltd. has resolved to acquire up to 200,000 shares of common stock (0.50% of total outstanding shares) on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from February 4, 2026 to March 18, 2026, with an upper limit of 1,000 million yen.
