Arcs Company, Ltd. plans to receive special dividends totaling 11,864 million yen from three consolidated subsidiaries on February 24, 2026. There is no impact on consolidated financial results.

Resolved to increase the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending February 2026 by 6 yen to 43 yen per share, resulting in an annual dividend of 80 yen. Total dividend amount is 2,291 million yen, effective date is May 27, 2026.

For the consolidated Q3 of the FY2026 February period, net sales were ¥464.771 billion (3.4% YoY increase), operating income was ¥11.889 billion (18.2% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was ¥8.498 billion (20.6% YoY increase), achieving profit growth.
