Notice Regarding Organizational Restructuring and Changes in Representative Directors and Executive Officers

Overview of Organizational Restructuring

Effective April 1, 2026, transcosmos inc. conducted name changes, reorganizations, and new establishments across multiple business unit headquarters. Specifically, the Digital Interactive Business Headquarters under the CX Business Division was renamed to the Digital Produce Business Headquarters; the Strategic Account Headquarters under DCC General Affairs was reorganized into two general divisions. In the BPO Services Division, the Business Promotion Headquarters was renamed to Business Promotion General Affairs, and the DX Division and IT Service Management Headquarters were newly established. Additionally, new departments and reorganizations occurred in the Group Sales Division and head office-related divisions, including the establishment of the Consulting Headquarters and Group Finance General Affairs.

Changes in Representative Directors and Delegation of Duties for Executive Officers

The change of representative directors took effect on April 1, 2026. Mr. Masatoshi Takano will continue serving as Representative Director and Executive Vice President responsible for BPO Services Division, while his role shifted to also cover the Quality Control Headquarters. There were numerous delegation changes among executive officers as well, adjusting their roles in line with departmental name changes and new establishments. These changes are attributed to the delegation updates accompanying the organizational restructuring.
