Notice Regarding the Establishment of an Independent Committee and the Appointment of Independent Committee Members

This release announces the establishment of an independent committee and the appointment of independent outside directors. Against the backdrop of Oasis's share repurchase, the Board has built an organization to ensure independence and exclude biased judgments. The newly appointed independent committee consists of Ms. Noriko Endo, Ms. Manriko Watanabe, and Mr. Tomotatsu Hattori, all of whom have filed as independent directors. In the future, the committee's recommendations will be promptly communicated to shareholders as appropriate.
