Notice of Partial Change to the Shareholder Benefit Program

Summary of changes

The partial revision of the shareholder benefit program resolved today reflects the introduction of a male-oriented service, airCloset Men’s, in addition to the女性向け main service airCloset. After the change, shareholders holding 300 shares or more, and as of the record date at the end of June each year with a continuous holding period of at least 6 months, will receive a one-month free coupon for either airCloset or airCloset Men’s. Previously, only the airCloset coupon was available. The service outline and aim are to expand the opportunity to experience fashion rentals and encourage longer-term shareholder ownership.

Applicability starts for shareholders listed/recorded on the shareholder registry as of the end of June 2026. airCloset Men’s is a male-oriented monthly fashion rental service, with two pricing plans (monthly and annual), multiple options for the number of exchanges and prices, and sizes from S to 2L, available nationwide, designed to balance stylist recommendations with the pleasure of self-selection.
