We are proceeding with treasury stock acquisitions based on the resolution at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 14, 2026, and this disclosure reports the actual acquisition status. The acquired shares are common shares, totaling 711,700 shares for 4,180,221,800 yen. The acquisition period is from August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026, and the method is market purchases (discretionary trading arrangement). In addition, as part of a longer-term plan, as of May 2026 the upper limit was 6,500,000 shares (4.05% of issued shares) with a total cap of 36,000,000,000 yen, and as of the end of August, cumulative acquisitions amounted to 4,141,700 shares for 25,362,848,800 yen.
