Mitsui-Soko Holdings Co., Ltd. has been conducting treasury stock acquisitions pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 6, 2026, in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act and Article 38 of the Articles of Incorporation. Between April 1 and April 30, 2026, 666,000 shares of treasury stock were acquired on the Tokyo Stock Exchange for a total of 2,720,363,600 yen. Cumulatively, 3,951,600 shares have been acquired at a total cost of 14,677,971,000 yen. The acquisition limit is set at 5,500,000 shares and a total amount of 34,000,000,000 yen, with the acquisition period running from February 9, 2026 through July 31, 2026.

The treasury stock acquisition has an upper limit equivalent to 7.35% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury stock), and is being implemented as part of efforts to improve capital efficiency and return value to shareholders.
