Notice Regarding Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

Overview of the Amended Articles

At today's Board of Directors meeting, it was resolved to submit for approval at the 34th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for September 25, 2026, a partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation. The purpose clause will be expanded to include the sale, rental, lease, and maintenance management of test instruments, measuring instruments, analytical instruments, and other related equipment as a new business area. This also allows for the possibility of engaging in leasing activities in addition to the manufacturing and sale of evaluation and measurement devices.
