Performance Overview

For the consolidated FY March 2026, net sales were 1.825 trillion yen (2.8% YoY increase), operating income was 127 billion yen (15.8% YoY decrease), ordinary income was 175.8 billion yen (58.1% YoY decrease), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 213.2 billion yen (49.9% YoY decrease). The exchange rate was 149.91 yen/USD, reflecting a stronger yen compared to the previous fiscal year. Ship fuel oil prices declined to 550 USD/MT compared to the prior term.
