The Nishitetsu Group has formulated the "Nishitetsu Group 17th Medium-Term Management Plan" targeting the three fiscal years from 2026 to 2028. This plan represents the second step toward realizing the long-term vision "Town Dream Vision 2035," announced in November 2022. Based on the achievements of the 16th Medium-Term Management Plan and changes in the management environment, it aims to seize growth opportunities and review business strategies. The key initiatives include promoting and deepening community development along railway lines, expanding town development solutions beyond the region, and growing the industrial support business—three growth opportunity stories.

Financial Indicators and Shareholder Return Policy

The financial indicator targets for FY2028 are consolidated operating profit of 40 billion yen, consolidated EBITDA of 70 billion yen, ROE of approximately 9%, Net interest-bearing debt to EBITDA ratio of about 6x, and D/E ratio of about 1.4x. The shareholder return policy aims for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or more, implementing dividends in line with profit growth and conducting share buybacks as necessary. This approach seeks to enhance sustainable corporate value and meet stakeholder expectations.
