For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales amounted to 2.006 trillion yen (9.5% YoY increase), operating income was 830.1 billion yen (18.1% YoY increase), ordinary income was 780.9 billion yen (20.3% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 552.9 billion yen (20.6% YoY increase). The distribution business posted net sales of 183 billion yen (6.8% YoY increase) and operating income of 15.8 billion yen (1.3% YoY increase). The real estate business recorded net sales of 95.7 billion yen (10.4% YoY increase) and operating income of 25.2 billion yen (10.5% YoY increase), maintaining steady growth. Other businesses saw operating income rise 57.0% to 24.4 billion yen.

Financial Position and Cash Flows

At the end of the period, total assets increased to 10.8761 trillion yen, and net assets reached 5.1366 trillion yen. Cash flow from operating activities increased by 748.1 billion yen, cash flow from investing activities decreased by 621.4 billion yen, and cash flow from financing activities decreased by 150.8 billion yen.

Dividend Policy, Share Buyback, and Cancellation

The company maintains a basic policy of stable dividends, with a year-end dividend of 16 yen per share and an annual dividend of 32 yen planned for the fiscal year ending March 2026. At the Board of Directors meeting on April 28, 2026, resolutions were passed to conduct a share buyback (up to 20 billion yen, May 1 to July 31, 2026) and cancellation (planned for August 31, 2026) to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.
