Transition to Consolidated Financial Statements and Publication of Full-Year Forecasts

Arealink Co., Ltd. announced the transition to consolidated financial statements from the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026 and presented consolidated earnings forecasts associated with this transition. In addition, the previously announced non-consolidated earnings forecasts published on July 29, 2026 have been revised as of this announcement. The consolidated forecasts include projected performance of Storage-O, acquisition-related expenses of 164 million yen, and provisional goodwill amortization amounts related to the share acquisition.

New Full-Year Forecasts and Drivers

The full-year forecasts are: net sales of 29,150 million yen, operating income of 6,200 million yen, ordinary income of 5,750 million yen, net income attributable to owners of parent of 3,870 million yen, and net income per share of 76 yen09 sen, representing increases of +1.6%, +2.5%, +1.4%, and +1.4% versus the previous forecasts, respectively. The upward revisions are driven by stronger-than-planned progress in the flow business's storage monetization and sales of underlying land parcels.
