Investigation Report and Recurrence Prevention Measures

Our company received the investigation report from the third-party committee on July 31, 2026. In response to the findings regarding inappropriate accounting procedures, we will publish parts of the report while safeguarding privacy and confidential information. Based on the investigation results, we will formulate recurrence prevention measures and proceed with specific countermeasures.

Planned Submission of Financial/Reporting Documents

As approved on May 15, 2026, we will submit the semi-annual report and Q2 financial summary by August 14, 2026, minimizing the impact of delays. Alongside the disclosure of the investigation report, we will work to restore investor trust and incorporate these efforts into future corporate activities.
