Performance Overview

The consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending March 2026 recorded operating revenue of 20,973 million yen (YoY +1.9%) and net income attributable to owners of parent of 2,752 million yen (YoY 13.2% decrease). Although operating income significantly declined to 26 million yen, net income remained positive due to recognized gains on sales of listed stocks. Stock product custody assets grew substantially to 563.9 billion yen (33.2% increase from the end of the previous term), and total custody assets also remained robust at 2.3855 trillion yen (21.3% increase from the end of the previous term).

Business Segment Performance and Management Strategy

The securities business posted strong results with operating revenue of 20,127 million yen (YoY +12.6%) and operating income of 1,054 million yen (YoY +313.2%), marking significant growth. The investment business recorded operating revenue of 832 million yen (YoY △65.4%) and an operating loss of 722 million yen. The asset management business posted operating revenue of 194 million yen (YoY △54.0%) and an operating loss of 364 million yen. As the first year of the medium-term management plan, a goal-based approach sales method was promoted with a focus on increasing stock product custody assets. The financial strategy involved issuing corporate bonds and implementing capital efficiency-focused measures, aiming to achieve a stable ROE of over 8%.
