Regarding the Revision of Earnings Guidance

Akita Bank, Ltd. has revised upward its full-year consolidated and non-consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Consolidated ordinary income is projected to increase by 14.2% from 9.8 billion yen to 11.2 billion yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent is expected to rise by 16.9% from 6.5 billion yen to 7.6 billion yen. Similarly, non-consolidated earnings have been revised upward to ordinary income of 11.2 billion yen and net income of 7.8 billion yen. The main factors driving this upward revision are higher-than-expected interest income on loans and interest and dividends on securities.

Regarding the Revision of Dividend Forecast

The dividend forecast has also been revised, with the annual dividend expected to increase from the previous forecast of 150 yen to 175 yen. The interim dividend is planned at 100 yen and the year-end dividend at 100 yen, aiming for a payout ratio of 40% or higher. This dividend revision will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 25, 2026.
