Sumitomo Corporation announced that it completed the treasury stock acquisition based on the board of directors resolution on May 1, 2026, and the acquisition has now ended. The total number of shares acquired is 47,653,100 shares, with a total amount of approximately 7,999.99 hundred million yen, and the acquisition period was from May 7, 2026 to September 3, 2026. In addition, the number of treasury stock to be cancelled has been fixed, with the cancellation date set for April 9, 2027.
