Business Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales reached 252.7 billion yen (up 3.9% YoY), and operating income was 19.0 billion yen (up 22.1% YoY), both reaching record highs. New construction sales for detached and multi-family housing remained steady, and the remodeling business performed well in the second half, contributing to revenue growth. Improvements in gross profit margin and expense control also significantly contributed to increased profitability. Net income attributable to owners of parent increased sharply to 15.0 billion yen (up 35.9% YoY). ROE also improved to 7.7% compared to the previous year.

For the fiscal year ending March 2027, net sales are expected to reach 260.0 billion yen (up 2.9% YoY), and operating income is projected at 20.8 billion yen (up 9.0% YoY), aiming for business expansion in both new construction and remodeling segments. Dividends are planned to increase to an annual 116 yen, maintaining a payout ratio of 50%. Share buybacks totaling approximately 22.0 billion yen are planned from FY 26/3 through FY 27/3, targeting a total shareholder return ratio of about 130%.
