Performance Overview

This document is a supplementary financial material for the interim period of the fiscal year ending February 2027, reporting consolidated net sales of 4,008 million yen, operating income of 199 million yen, ordinary income of 201 million yen, and estimated net income of approximately 143.5 million yen. Net sales decreased by 87 million yen compared with the previous interim period, representing about 97.9% of the prior period’s results; operating income and ordinary income also fell below the prior-year same period. Cash and cash equivalents at period-end moved significantly from 841 million yen. Detailed sales trends and quantities by store and region are provided in a separate appendix.

Cash Flow and Asset Position

Consolidated cash flows show total cash flows from operating activities, along with trends in investing and financing activities and the resulting cash and cash equivalents at period-end. Total assets were 3,872 million yen, shareholders' equity was 996 million yen, and treasury stock was -312 million yen.
