ETH Additional Acquisition and Holdings

As part of our cryptocurrency investment operations, we have made an additional ETH acquisition. Acquisition date: August 24, 2026; quantity acquired: 56.59433 ETH; acquisition amount: 22,100,528 yen; average acquisition price: 390,508 yen/ETH. Total to date: 2,839.0265 ETH; total acquisition amount: 1,203,726,595 yen; average acquisition price: 423,993 yen/ETH. Our holdings, combined with hedge fund investments and a global, highly active management strategy, will be managed with custody at major domestic exchanges. The aim is to execute a high-level, cross-border investment strategy.

Outlook and Use of Funds

Currently, we are proceeding with the 11th stock option-based fundraising in a measured manner, applying the raised funds to ETH acquisitions. Investment in ETH-denominated hedge funds has also been approved, ensuring a channel for investment that leverages staking income and external management know-how. We aim to establish a PER-type treasury financial model and enhance corporate value in the mid to long term. Note that the specific impact on current-year performance is undecided at this time; we will disclose as the situation warrants.
