Correction Notice for TOB and Disclosure

This document is a notice regarding a correction to the public announcement of the commencement of the tender offer to be conducted by JG44 Inc. (the offeror) for HYUGA PRIMARY CARE Co.,Ltd. (the target). With respect to the public announcement of the commencement of the tender offer dated 2026-09-28, the offeror received notices from the Fair Trade Commission regarding non-imposition of exclusion orders and shortening of prohibition periods; accordingly, a corrected filing was submitted and certain descriptions were amended. The corrections do not constitute changes to the offer conditions.
