Notice of Changes in Directors and Officers

Overview of Executive Changes

Kanadevia Corporation's Board of Directors resolved at its meeting on May 12, 2026, to implement changes in the directors and officers effective June 23, 2026. Koichiro Oshima will assume the roles of Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer, concurrently serving as Head of Planning and Management Division, Group CFO, and Head of the Quality Recurrence Prevention Promotion Office. Jun Ogi will also assume the roles of Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer, overseeing Sales and Sales Planning departments. There will be no change to the current President and Group CEO, Michio Kuwahara.

Other Director Changes and Board Structure

Candidate Hiroki Miyazaki is scheduled to be appointed as Outside Director. Meanwhile, Director Hiroshi Miyazaki plans to resign to become an Advisor of the company. After the changes, the Board of Directors will consist of President and CEO Michio Kuwahara, Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer Koichiro Oshima, Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer Jun Ogi, along with several other Directors (including Outside Directors).
